Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of Primerr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The service
Primerris an AI study companion: you add your own documents and the tutor helps you understand them — explanations, practice, voice, and a personalized memory of how you learn. It’s a study aid, not a substitute for your own work, your instructors, or professional advice.
Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information, and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current paid period, and it won’t renew after that.
- Prices and plan features may change; we’ll apply changes going forward, not retroactively to a period you’ve already paid for.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant Primerrthe limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content to provide the service to you (for example, extracting text so the tutor can help). You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you add.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Primerr for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
AI output
AI can be wrong. Tutor answers, summaries, and generated figures may contain mistakes and should be checked against your source material. Don’t rely on Primerr as your sole source for graded, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Primerravailable and improving, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primerr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Primerr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
